Steve Isbell started Strategic
Equity & Investments in 2004. Prior to that he was a
developer and Vice President for
Realty Capital Corporation of Colleyville, Texas. During that time, he oversaw all aspects of commercial
development including site acquisition, financing, construction, leasing
and disposition of projects totaling over $50,000,000 in value. In
addition to managing SEI, he is an instructor in the University of Texas at Arlington's Real Estate
Department and also provides development consultation services for land
owners.
He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate
degree from the University of
Texas at Arlington in Arlington, Texas and a Bachelor of Science
degree from Valparaiso University in
Valparaiso, Indiana, majoring in Biology and Chemistry. He is licensed
as a real estate broker in the State of Texas.
He lives in Colleyville, Texas with his wife,
Kristi, and their three children.

Cross Creek Center: Strategic Equity and
Investments purchased 4.5 acres of undeveloped land near the
intersection of SE Green Oaks Boulevard and New York Avenue in
Arlington, Texas. In addition to selling pad sites to Dollar
General and O'Reilly Auto Parts, a 17,000 square foot strip center was
constructed. The shopping center is currently for sale as is one
remaining pad site.

Old Main Street: Steve Isbell worked as
the developer on the purchase and renovation of the 36,000 square foot North Main Street
Shopping Center on Main Street in Grapevine, Texas. The
architect on the project was
Khiet Nguyen with
CNK Associates of Grand Prairie, Texas. When the project sold, it provided a
20% IRR to its equity investors. Click

Parkway Vista: Located on Plano Parkway near the intersection of
Preston Road, Parkway Vista is a 34,000 square foot professional office
building. The architect on the project was Robert Garza with RPGA of
Fort Worth, Texas. An RCC development. |
